Südzucker to offer dividend of Euro 0.30 per share

Südzucker AG, Mannheim, will recommend to the annual general meeting on 14 July 2016 a dividend of EUR 0.30 (previous year: 0.25) per share for financial year 2015/16 (1 March 2015 to 29 February 2016). The proposal of the executive and supervisory boards takes into considera-tion the significantly improved restructuring and special items result on the one hand, and on the other, the positive results development in fiscal 2015/16. The recommended dividend also aligns with the company's continuity approach to dividend payments. Based on 204.2 million issued shares in circulation, the total dividend distribution will be EUR 61.3 (previous year: 51.0) million.
